Commerce Township began construction at Victory Park, located at 9491 Wise Road in early October 2024. The construction of a new driveway approach at Wise Road, a parking lot, sidewalks, storm sewer, and most of the grading is complete.
Final construction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2025. The remaining items include a pavilion, the fencing of the dog park area, lighting, and final grading. The Township is also investigating the installation of a well on the site which would be completed at a later time.
