NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Review of Commerce Township, County
of Oakland, will be in session at Commerce Township Hall, at 2009 Township
Drive, Commerce Township, Michigan, 48390 on the following dates:
- Monday, March 9, 2026 9:00am to Noon & 1:00pm to 4:00pm
- Wednesday, March 11, 2026 1:00pm to 5:00pm & 6:00pm to 9:00pm
- Monday, March 16, 2026 9:00am to Noon & 1:00pm to 4:00pm
- Wednesday, March 18, 2026 9:00pm to Noon & 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Equalization Department:
Appeals will be heard by appointment. Please call the Commerce Township
Assessing Department at (248)-624-0110 to schedule an appointment.
By Township Board resolution, taxpayers are able to protest by letter sent to 2009
Township Drive, Commerce Township, Michigan, 48390 provided protest is
received before March 18th, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.The properties in Commerce Township will be subject to the following Tentative State Equalization Ratios and Factors as provided by the Oakland County

of Chairperson and Secretary along with receiving the 2026 Assessment Roll from
the Assessor.
