Vendor Booth Guidelines
Bicentennial Celebration

Thank you for participating in the Bicentennial Celebration! To ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for all exhibitors and attendees, please review the following guidelines.
1. Booth Setup & Breakdown

Setup begins at 8:00am and must be completed by 9:00am.

Exhibitors must check in upon arrival at the designated exhibitor check-in area. Located at 160 W. Commerce Rd, Commerce Township, MI.

Load-in instructions and “permit” will be emailed to each vendor. Bring this with you to load-in.

Booth assignments will be provided in advance. Exhibitors must set up in their designated space.

Unload completely and move your vehicle out; only then, begin to set up your booth.

Breakdown begins at 8:00pm and must be completed by 9:00pm.

Exhibitors may not dismantle or vacate their booth before the official event end time.

Please consider bringing a hand cart for any transport during the event and for breakdown. Vehicles will not be allowed back in until the entire event is over and staff deems it safe for vehicles.
2. Booth Specifications

Booth spaces will be 10’x10’
-
Booth decorations and signage must be secure and professional in appearance.

All displays must be contained within the assigned booth space and must not block walkways or neighboring exhibitors.

Tables, chairs, and pop-up tents must be provided by vendors.

Electricity is not available. Bring your own battery set-up, if needed.
3. Product & Service Guidelines

Exhibitors must only display and sell approved products or services as listed in their application. To keep in line with our goal of providing a family friendly community event, vendors may not sell, represent, endorse, or relate to products generally requiring a customer to be eighteen (18) years of age or older to purchase or possess.

No counterfeit, illegal, or hazardous items may be sold or distributed.

Food vendors must comply with local health regulations and provide necessary permits. Spacing for food vendors will be limited. Please contact us via email at Parks@commercetwp.com prior to submitting a vendor application.

Distribution of promotional materials must be confined to the exhibitor's booth space.
4. Event Conduct & Responsibilities

Exhibitors must have a representative present at their booth at all times during event hours.

All exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth area.

Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously.
-
Noise levels, including music or demonstrations, must not disrupt neighboring exhibitors.

No open flames, smoking, or hazardous materials are allowed.
5. Liability & Compliance

Exhibitors are responsible for their own liability insurance and compliance with local regulations.

Commerce Township is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
-
Exhibitors must adhere to all venue rules and guidelines.
-
Any violations of these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Parking & Load-In/Load-Out

Designated parking for exhibitors will be sent prior to the event date.

Load-in and load-out must take place only at designated times and locations.
-
Vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas after unloading.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
There will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
-
The event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise notified by the event organizers.
