I would like to have a garage sale. Do I need a permit?

No permit is required for a garage sale provided it is not any longer than four consecutive days and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. You are permitted to have three garage sales per year following the above guidelines without a permit.

Commerce Township Resident: $350.00
Non-Resident: $1,000.00
