How are you feeling about your New Year's Resolutions?
Going strong? Fallen off track? Or maybe feeling a little off lately? Now is the perfect time to check in with yourself, I know I am.
Let’s take a moment to reevaluate our goals and ask: are they working for us, or against us? It’s never too late to reset and pave a path that supports our success.
One of my personal goals this year is to learn more about nutrition and how to properly fuel my body. Along the way, I’ve found some great mindset books (linked below).
The biggest shift I’ve experienced has been moving from a strict mindset to a more flexible and forgiving one. I’ve started to approach my choices with curiosity. I tell myself, "be a scientist". Instead of judging decisions, I gather the facts. I ask: What happens when…? How do I feel if...? What can I learn from this?
This shift has made a huge difference in building a healthier, more sustainable relationship with nutrition.
Whatever your goal may be, meet yourself where you are and commit to progress, not perfection. And remember, meaningful change doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through consistent effort over time.
