Commerce Township Community Library has several meeting rooms that are available to support the community’s educational, cultural, informational and civic needs. Our meeting rooms are available for public use when they are not scheduled for library-sponsored programs

Commerce Township Community Library's Meeting Rooms
White Pine Room: maximum capacity of 80 people. The White Pine Room has 80 chairs that can be lined up in rows for theater-style seating and includes 18 tables for alternate room arrangements. A projector and screen is available for presentations, with renters providing their own laptop. A mobile lectern is located at the front of the room.
Robin Room: maximum capacity of 100 people. The Robin Room serves as Commerce Township Community Library's youth programming space and it is equipped with 70 chairs that can be lined up in a theater-style seating arrangement. Additional capacity is for standing-room guests; additional furniture cannot be relocated into the Robin Room. The Robin Room is also equipped with 10 tables. A projector and screen are available for presentations, with renters providing their own laptop.
Dodge Room: maximum capacity of 32 people. The Dodge Room is a conference room featuring a large, unmovable central table with seating for 12, plus an additional 10 chairs along the perimeter. Additional capacity is for standing-room guests; additional furniture cannot be relocated into the Dodge Room.
