The Grand Old Duke of York

Oh, the grand old Duke of York,
He had ten thousand men,
He marched them up to the top of the hill
And he marched them down again.

And when they were up, they were up,
And when they were down, they were down.
And when they were only halfway up,
They were neither up nor down.

The Fish in the Sea

The fish in the sea

The fish in the sea go swish, swish, swish
All day long.

Dance them on your tummy,
Then put them into bed.

Songs We Danced To

Border with music notes

We used scarves, shakers, instruments, bubbles, fish puppets, and a parachute to bring this music to life! Marissa loves adding props to music because doing so helps deepen our connection to music through movement, enhance our understanding of musical concepts like beat and tempo, develop our gross and fine motor skills, and promotes creativity, imagination, and social skills like teamwork and sharing!
