Join us in the Library's White Pine Room for a relaxing and welcoming yoga class. We will flow through yoga poses, focusing on strength, flexibility, breath, and balance.

All levels are encouraged to attend. Modifications to the poses will be offered to make sure everyone gets just what they need.
